WHAT CHANGED ON THE EXAM (May 22, 2026) Salesforce released an updated Agentforce Specialist exam guide on May 22, 2026. The major domain weights stayed the same, but the structure and content shifted in important ways: Development Lifecycle (previously 20%) was split into two domains: Testing, Deployment & Maintenance (10%) and a brand-new Governance & Observability domain (10%) Agent Script, Canvas View, and Script View were added to the AI Agents domain Hybrid reasoning and template expressions were added for deterministic agent control Trust Layer security and model access controls are now explicitly tested under Prompt Engineering SOMA (Single-Org Multi-Agent) architecture was added to Multi-Agent Orchestration A2A is now the explicit term for the agent-to-agent protocol Data 360 Fundamentals consolidated the previous granular search types (keyword, vector, hybrid) and retriever scenarios (individual vs. ensemble) into foundational concepts: chunking, indexing, and retrievers Sales Agent was removed as a distinct agent type.

The exam now tests Employee and Service agents.
